Job Description for Recruitment - Business Developers

•        Excellent command over English language both orally and verbally.
•        Should be a go getter, along with work orientation.
•        Should learn new things and unlearn the unwanted bits.
•        Should be good at coordination, convincing, organizing, planning, negotiation and management.
•        Should have a positive attitude with leadership qualities and be willing to take up challenges, pressure and deliver results.
•        Understanding about psychological and functional working of company HR and candidates would be an added plus.
•        Knowledge about current market is an added plus.
•        Should be good with MS. Office, and up-to-date report maintenance and Internet surfing.
•        Should be willing to travel to company locations.
•        Should have a fair idea about the working style of Portals, companies and consultancies.
•        Should be able to generate revenue in favor of the organisation.
•        Individual Genuine database would be an added plus.
•        Should have a basic understanding about Recruitment.
•        Should be able to work on a ratio of 1 candidate : 20 requirement, contrary to the current recruitment ratio of 1 requirement : 200 candidates.
•        Must be innovative and think out of the box.
•        Must have good understanding and IQ Level.
•        Good typing speed, along with a 2 wheeler with valid D.L would be an added plus.
